TC 129 - I Don't Mean Elliot Gould

I had a bit of left over audio from last June and July. Seemed that I might be able to beg the indulgence of the many kind listeners to allow me to submit this haphazard effort as an episode. It is after all the holiday season.

Actually, had I not taken a three month hiatus, this would have been episode 122 (hence the repeated reference to that episode number). Listening and thinking back, I've realized that a couple of the recordings took place at fairly pivotal moments in the life of Japan's First Podcaster.

Thanks for listening.

So well put together! You are podcasting genius! (had to add podcasting so you don't get a big head...)

San: Thanks for the comment. My only fear is that due to the obscure nature of so many of the tangents in this episode, my chances of getting a Japan Podcasters award will again be thwarted.

Well, yes. They are quite coveted and all. But damn the awards! We do this for the art!

Art is fine - just so long as it doesn't co-opt the integrity of the Japan Podcasting scene.

Seems like this year is ending on the same thread with which it began.

I share your gladness that the semester is over!

Again, great podcast! Although I could have done with al little less oldscool comedy clips, but that's just personal. I'm still a fan of the commute podcasts!

So, did you get that Ipod touch then?

Michael: Yes it was a wonderful feeling to have the semester finally end.

Thibault: I understand your thoughts on the old comedy stuff. What gets me is that no one has complained about my horrific singing. As for the iPod Touche - absolutely! I got it that very day.

Scott, this is genius. I love it. It's like some BBC Radio 4 drama-documentary. Mesmerising. You have the perfect voice for it!

I was wondering, what recorder are you using?
