oh my god, thanks for making me look like an idiot on the train as i literally laughed aloud on the train home tonight about trotsky/umbrella/patchouli.
i really think the idea about CTC is good scott, and i'm looking forward to participating when i can! i believe!
i LOVED the story about your daughter's obento :)

Scott-
Thank-you for the many kind words in this episode. If you're interested in learning more about Narrative mediation, I'd recommend you look up the work of Kenneth Cloke who is an extraodinary conflict resolution professional.
On the subject of the book...I would be remiss if I didn't point out that you are one of the contributors. Thanks so much for being part of the project!

I liked the part about Trotsky a lot!
You should have followed him for a while :)
oh, What if he was!
Considering that his appeal was not intended - makes me think how unpredictable the impact of our presence on the community can sometimes be...
looking forward for "pecha kucha" episodes!
Regards
Woj

Great show Scott! I signed up to get notified with Talk Shoe when you broadcast. (just another web 2.0 application you introduced me to)

Good Show Scott. I never commented on here before, but you always have some interesting stories to tell, and you explain Tokyo quite well.
The obento story is very poignant for Japanese, as it is the next step, as the child graduates kindergarten, and moves on to elementary school.
Keep the podcasts coming.

John: Thanks for stopping by. Hope to talk to you on the TalkShoe one of these days.
The Warrior: Thanks for the kind words. Glad to hear you enjoy the podcast. It seems like the obento story has connected with quite a few folks with kids. Just had another similar incident yesterday that I'll mention on TC 114 - if I can ever get myself off of Second Life long enough to produce.
