I am definitely one of those people who don't understand Twitter. I prefer the traditional blog. It has more "meat" to it.

Oh, the iTunes thing, you can right-click on a video, and one the commands listed in the window will be "Convert Selection for iPod."

Hi Scott,

You got me very excited about Twitter. I rushed home from my walk with my dog to try it out very late at night.. What am I doing? Looking at a Twitter Maintenance page :( No Twitter for me tonight!

Thanks for the great PC. As usual!

PS, I am loving The Best Show. It's awesome.

Cheers,

San

Krispy Kreme? Oh how I miss it!

Taylor: Thanks for clearing things up on the iTunes conversion for iPod. Also, I appreciate what you say about Twitter. There is a lot of hype (I've certainly put a bit of it out myself, haven't I?). At the end of the day, I don't think anyone is really missing out if they never use it. But for some, it does have appeal.

San: It looks like the Twitter servers have been overwhelmed the past few days. It is very slow at times. I hope they don't blame Tokyo Calling. :)

I'm glad you are enjoying Tom Scharpling and the Best Show on WFMU. I thought he was going to have a heart attack a couple of times during the Marathon fund-raiser. It is a special show (as with Twitter, it certainly isn't for everyone).

As for Krispy Kreme, I've never had one before. They weren't on the west coast of USA when I was young. Supposedly the lines at the new on in Shinjuku have been very long.

Sounds like you have been assimilated by the borg already :P

I have never heard about it before, so I guess I will try it out, although I am the most anti-social person in the world! :P

Martin: Assimilated?? Shucks, I've become a shill for the borg - Tee-Hee, Tee-Hee!!

Hi Scott

I first started listening to your show a long time ago, maybe about two years, but stopped about a year ago, as I grew fed up with the commercialization of podcasting. I stopped listening to all shows, even though many, like yours, were of true qualilty. I think I have commented you a while back, but I'm wondering if you have any advice for getting back into podcasting and catching up on your show. You were the first show that I have ever listened to, and would like to get back into the swing of things, but i'm not sure on the best way to do that.

Thank you in advance,
A. Hahn
